Shadd makes the buckleless comfort belt, a flexible belt with no metal buckle that moves with your body instead of digging into it. I designed the full bilingual ecommerce experience, a loud black and red store in English and Arabic that carries the attitude of the brand, sells the belt in stacks, and makes ordering on a phone fast

Every page works in both languages. The Arabic version is not a translation dropped into an English layout: the whole interface flips right to left, and the copy is written in Egyptian Arabic with the same bold attitude as the English, so Arabic shoppers get a store that speaks their language.

Most Shadd customers shop on their phones, so every screen was designed for one hand first: big tap targets, a clear path to checkout, and the reasons to switch told in short, punchy layers.
